Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breast cutlets, cut into chunks
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 3 large lettuce leaves
- Stir fry the chicken chunks in ghee or your favorite healthy fat.
- Add the cilantro and continue to cook until well done.
- Fill lettuce leaves with the cooked chicken and tumbled bacon.
- Add the avocado on top.
- You can also add diced tomatoes, sour cream and any other topping of your choice.
