Ingredients:
- 1 lb. steak, sliced (makes two servings)
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bag frozen, riced cauliflower
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Ghee or any healthy fat you prefer for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, stir fry steak with onion and pepper in ghee, until cooked.
- In a medium saucepan, add frozen cauliflower and cover to cook until tender.
- Fold shredded cheese into cauliflower until melted and incorporated.
