Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Using a spoon, scoop mixture and rolls into balls.
- Bake for 40 mins or until done.
